Je suis de ceux qui peuvent faire plusieurs choses \u00e0 la fois fois (c\u2019est peut-\u00eatre le cas pour vous aussi). Par exemple en m\u00eame temps que je fais mon planning, j\u2019\u00e9coute les vid\u00e9os YouTube ou alors je r\u00e9dige un article parfois en prenant mon petit d\u00e9jeuner (histoire de ne pas laisser l&rsquo;id\u00e9e s&rsquo;envoler). \u00c7a me permet certes de faire d\u2019une pierre deux coups mais le hic dans l\u2019histoire est que si je ne donne pas un temps d\u00e9limit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00a0chaque activit\u00e9, je me retrouverais avec des objectifs non atteint.\u00a0En terme simple une <strong>morning routine<\/strong> c\u2019est un ensemble d\u2019habitude effectu\u00e9 de la m\u00eame\u00a0 mani\u00e8re. Je partage avec vous mes 5 gestes qui accompagnent ma journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb2_3&Prime;][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.3.1&Prime;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Le_reveil\"><\/span>Le r\u00e9veil<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le bruit strident du r\u00e9veil peut nous pourrir la journ\u00e9e&#8230; La seule qu&rsquo;on a parfois envie de faire, c&rsquo;est de l&rsquo;arr\u00eater et de se rendormir. Si tu as mi ton r\u00e9veil \u00e0 4h c&rsquo;est s\u00fbrement pour une bonne raison. C&rsquo;est une habitude pour plusieurs d&rsquo;entre nous de chaque fois arr\u00eater le r\u00e9veil\u00a0 quand il sonne (et j&rsquo;en fais partie). Le sommeil est \u00a0<em>sucr\u00e9<\/em> mais y a plus important que le sommeil <em>parfois, car le repos est tout aussi important.<\/em> Y a pas d&rsquo;astuce miracle pour sortir du lit. Seule ta motivation te poussera \u00e0 le faire (c&rsquo;est mon cas en tout cas)<\/p>\n<p>N&#8217;emp\u00eache que certains jours, tout ce que je souhaite est de rester dans mon lit, bien au chaud, manger, regarder les films et dormir. Apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e pareille, il faut faire un bilan mais, et l\u00e0 je me rends compte que je n&rsquo;ai rien fait de ma journ\u00e9e. Ces jours j&rsquo;\u00e9coute tranquillement mon c\u0153ur et je ne force rien. Car culpabiliser ne m&rsquo;aidera pas\u00a0 \u00e0 avancer.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que je fais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pour une bonne journ\u00e9e c&rsquo;est\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de programmer les choses que j&rsquo;aime faire en premier lui<\/li>\n<li>Dormir t\u00f4t: \u00e7a me permet d&rsquo;avoir du temps pour me r\u00e9veiller de bonne heure<\/li>\n<li>bien s\u00fbr prendre du temps pour savoir o\u00f9 je vais et ce que j&rsquo;ai \u00e0 faire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_3&Prime;][et_pb_image _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.3.1&Prime; src=\u00a0\u00bbhttp:\/\/www.magnenguessom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/WeChat-Image_20181019140719.jpg\u00a0\u00bb url_new_window=\u00a0\u00bbon\u00a0\u00bb \/][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb2_3&Prime;][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.3.1&Prime;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Boire_de_leau_au_reveil\"><\/span>Boire de l&rsquo;eau au r\u00e9veil<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 8h ou 10h de sommeil, le corps tout entier qui \u00e9tait en repos a besoin d&rsquo;hydratation. J&rsquo;ai pris l&rsquo;habitude de dormir avec ma bouteille d&rsquo;eau pr\u00e8s du lit. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable et conseill\u00e9 de boire de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rougeframboise.com\/sante\/benefices-de-boire-de-leau-au-reveil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de<\/a> qui correspond \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature du corps. Mais quand j&rsquo;ai la paresse je ne me prends pas la t\u00eate. Les autres jours, je presse un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axa.fr\/complementaire-sante\/eau-citronnee-reveil-sante.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">demi-citron<\/a> dans mon eau ti\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prendre_du_temps_pour_moi_moi_et_moi\"><\/span>Prendre du temps pour moi, moi et moi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>C&rsquo;est une routine tr\u00e8s importante pour moi, je consacre une heure de mon temps chaque matin afin de prendre soin de mon moi int\u00e9rieure. \u00c7a varie entre <strong>m\u00e9ditation, lecture, sport&#8230;<\/strong> C&rsquo;est important de s&rsquo;accorder ses quelques minutes\/heures chaque jour afin de visualiser ma vie, d&rsquo;apprendre plus sur moi et le chemin que je veux emprunter. Le temps d\u00e9pendra vraiment de chacun, \u00e7a peut \u00eatre 10, 20, 30minutes r\u00e9parties selon tes objectifs. Pour est-ce important ? Tout simplement parce que \u00e7a ,m&rsquo;aide \u00e0 rester focalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Comment mes intentions me viennent-elle ? G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de mon Vision board (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.magnenguessom.com\/index.php\/2018\/10\/10\/vision-board315\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un apercu ici)<\/a>, \u00e0 mon r\u00e9veil la premi\u00e8re chose que je regarde c&rsquo;est mon tableau de visualisation, ce qui suscite en moi plusieurs choses\/id\u00e9es\/intentions&#8230; \u00a0Je prends l&rsquo;habitude parler de mes intentions dans ma pri\u00e8re ensuite je les \u00e9cris et colle \u00e0 un endroit je verrai de temps en temps. En ce qui me concerne, j&rsquo;\u00e9coute mon corps depuis un certain temps et je lui donne ce qu&rsquo;il me demande \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 il me le demande. Que ce soit des fruits, smoothies, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal BHB (beignet bouillie haricots, reste de la veille), Je dois juste trouver la bonne combinaison dont mon corps a besoin.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb4_4&Prime;][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.3.1&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p>Je vous ai tout d\u00e9voile sur<strong> ma morning routine<\/strong> maintenant \u00e0 vous de passer \u00e0 l\u2019action. Ces 5 \u00e9tapes je les applique \u00e0 chaque fois que je que j\u2019en ai l\u2019occasion et c\u2019est plut\u00f4t efficace. Mais \u00e9tant donne que nous ne sommes pas tous parfaits, y a des jours ou l\u2019envie de changer de routine peut nous amener \u00e0 vouloir faire autre chose, ou \u00e0 ne rien faire du tout comme je l\u2019ai mentionn\u00e9e plus haut. A chacun de faire son programme en fonction du moment de la journ\u00e9e ou vous \u00eates efficace\/productif.
